FRESH Meal Plan is looking for an intelligent, ambitious, and highly driven Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. As FRESH’s Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks across the ecommerce marketing realm, with an emphasis on the email and social media marketing channels. You will work directly with the Director of Growth Marketing to develop and execute creative concepts to drive growth, engagement, and ultimately, conversions.

This role requires a “jack-of-all-trades” approach to digital marketing and will continue to grow and evolve as FRESH rapidly innovates to reach new and exciting heights.

This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida, and reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.

 

Job Description

  • Work with the Director of Growth Marketing to drive the planning, operation, and execution of our email and organic social calendar and strategy.
  • Manage multiple email campaigns with a loyal audience eager to hear what’s new.
  • Develop and monitor new strategies to accelerate growth, engagement, and retention of email subscribers and social media followers.
  • Understand and have experience with journey building software and marketing behind key event triggers (evergreen lifecycle customer marketing experience).
  • Collaborate to revamp content strategies across organic social channels to establish a well oiled loyalty and conversion machine.
  • Experience with lead generation and lead nurturing as well as winback customer marketing is a plus
  • Experience with refer-a-friend programs and driving sends and conversions each week against a drip campaign.
  • Write briefs for email and social assets where design support is needed.
  • Coordinate with our graphic designer to brainstorm and develop compelling creative assets across multiple digital channels to drive strong performance.
  • Manage and update a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar and marketing asset deliverables. Always on the lookout for new and unique promotional opportunities.
  • Minimize unsubscribes and unfollows at all costs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive A/B testing strategy across email to ensure FRESH communicates the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment.
  • Deliver campaigns on time and in full.
  • Deliver consistently on the brand identity by utilizing the brand book and style guide for customer facing media.
  • Track and report on email and social media marketing KPI’s on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 2-4 years general marketing experience.
  • 1-3 years experience with email campaign planning, strategy, and execution. Thorough understanding of email marketing automation, journey building, and KPIs, especially as they relate to ecommerce.  Subscription marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing email campaigns and customer lists through an enterprise level ESP. Klaviyo experience is strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience managing brand social media pages.
  • A robust understanding of social media platforms. Must possess enthusiasm to drive organic growth in new and exciting ways, and a passion for turning followers into lifelong fans and customers.
  • Creative writing and copy editing skills are a must. Typos are the enemy.
  • Possess an eye for good design and layout. Great attention to detail.
  • HTML experience is a plus.
  • Graphic Design skills (in visual editors or applications like Unbounce) is a plus.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
